I am deeply passionate about educating carers, reducing carer burnout, and helping families navigate complex systems to access the support they need. I believe that small changes can have a big impact, and I take a creative, problem-solving approach to finding solutions tailored to each individual.
When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my husband and kids—caravanning, bushwalking, and exploring the beautiful beaches with family and friends.

Gross Motor & Core Strength
Gross motor skills involve larger muscle groups used for walking, running, and coordination. Core strength is essential for balance, posture, and stability. We provide targeted exercises and activities to improve mobility, coordination, and endurance for children and adults alike.
Cognitive Assessments
We conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments to evaluate memory, attention, problem-solving, and processing skills. These assessments help identify cognitive challenges related to developmental conditions, brain injuries, dementia, and mental health concerns, guiding tailored intervention strategies.
Emotional Regulation
Struggling with managing emotions can impact daily life and relationships. Our therapy helps individuals develop strategies for self-regulation, build resilience, and improve emotional awareness through evidence-based approaches.
Interoceptive Awareness
Interoception is the body’s ability to recognize internal signals like hunger, thirst, and emotions. We work with individuals to improve their awareness of bodily cues, helping them better understand and regulate their emotions, behavior, and physical needs.
Sensory Processing
Some individuals may experience over- or under-responsiveness to sensory input, affecting focus, comfort, and participation in daily activities. We assess sensory processing challenges and provide strategies, environmental modifications, and activities to support self-regulation and engagement.
Executive Functioning
Executive functions include skills like planning, organization, time management, and impulse control—essential for independent living, school, and work. We help individuals develop strategies to enhance focus, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
Equipment Prescription & Training
We assess and recommend assistive technology and adaptive equipment to improve independence and safety. This includes mobility aids, seating supports, daily living aids, and communication devices, along with training for clients and carers.
Education for Providers
We provide training and education for healthcare providers, carers, educators, and support staff on best practices in occupational therapy, dementia care, sensory strategies, and behavior management. Our goal is to empower professionals with knowledge and practical skills to better support their clients.
